We have developed a set of business models to be able to work with a wide variety of companies from global corporations to local start-ups and single innovators and business developers.
Based on the clients’ needs we set up a project framework where we work to meet jointly defined objectives at a pre-determined cost. In long-term strategic partnerships we usually set up framework agreements which gives both parties an overview of costs and resources needed.
In order for us to work with a wider and more diverse range of clients and projects we can set up a royalty based agreement, defining cost at a percentage rate. Many clients find it attractive to keep initial cost for design low.
Once in a while the opportunity to enter a partnership emerges, often building a brand or product from scratch, thus mutually sharing risk and profit. This model is in many ways similar to a royalty setup but often requires us to step outside our field of design, taking a bigger part in project management, corporate brand strategy and business development.
